My 4yo came out in spots end of last week and we are due to fly Saturday (4 days time) so it is looking likely we will have to cancel our holiday.
She still has active spots that have not scabbed
I was wondering if anyone had any idea where I stand with either Jet2 and/or insurance company? My insurance is through my bank so was active for me, my partner and our daughter at the time of booking. Insurance is with Allianz.
The thing is, my Mum booked the holiday for all of us (including her/my Dad/my sister/BIL also) including paying for it out of her bank, we are paying them back monthly for our share as we couldn’t afford to pull the money out in one go! They will still go on the holiday as planned but we more than likely can’t go.
What happens if I cancel through insurance but someone else actually booked/paid?
