Anyone else had appalling service from onthebeach.com? I will NEVER use them again. Arrived at resort (croatia) to discover they’d booked us into hotel for WRONG MONTH. Reception was super helpful and was already working to find us a room when I called OTB. Waited 38 mins! for a reply. Their staff member kept blaming “a 3rd party” for error. I have no hotel room, I don’t care who’s responsible but it’s not me! After explanation by me and some apologetic noises from them, they said the sooner they got off the phone the sooner they could start to sort it out. (By now, the efficient Reception already had). OTB called me an hour later claiming they had dealt with my “complaint” within an hour (!) and when pressed offered me, get this, a £50 VOUCHER with them ! As if I would ever use OTB again. Do not use this bunch of clowns whatever Psddy McGuiness says.
