Villa with a pool by the sea and affordable.Does it exist?

Looking for next summer. Can anyone recommend a nice, clean villa with pool (3 double bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms) and also near sea / beach. I don’t really mind where it is. I have in mind, Majorca, Crete, Sicily but open to suggestions. It must be affordable so no more than 4K for a week. Thanks in advance !

I've just booked a villa/apartment in Athens if you'd like the details. I believe it's on a complex with a few other apartments. Right by the beach. 3 bedrooms & bathrooms. Cost £4k Inc flights for 10 nights self catering. We booked through booking.com but there were loads to choose from on there & airbnb

Does your budget include flights and food? Or is it just for the villa?

If it's just for the villa then 4k is plenty. Have a look at villa plus, you'll be spoilt for choice.

4K is for the villa and can go up to 5k for a really lovely place. Would love some links to actual houses people have stayed in as there are just so much out there and I don’t know if I can trust the reviews.

Villa plus have some fab villas , we have stayed at in Corralejo , just a few streets back from the beach with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , large pool etc

We stayed in this one in Cyprus. It's not fenced so probably not suitable for small children but the views were to die for. Close to beach and restaurants.

This one in Algarve was great with kids. 20 minutes walk to the beach or €5 for an uber.

When you say by the sea, do you mean walking distance ?

We're currently staying in a Villa, with a pool, less than 10 minutes drive from both Pollensa and Alcudia beaches.

Its a Solmar villa but we booked it through Jet2 - alongside flights and a hire car - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms cost £4000 for the week for everything.

Best of both worlds tbh - can visit beach each day or lie at pool, and then go out for dinner in Alcudia or Pollensa old towns, avoiding the tourist strips.

We had a lovely holiday here last year. Walking distance to beaches in Cala and plenty of restaurants to walk to but very easy quick drive to Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia as well.
