Winter activities holiday

Hi, does anyone know of any winter activity holidays, not necessarily skiing?

A few years ago I came across one which included things like tobogganing, curling, snow shoe walks, Nordic skiing etc, but can't remember the name of the company or where the holiday was to.

Am now looking at something like this again but can't seem to find anything!

Just go to a ski resort and don't go skiing! All mid-sized ski resorts have snow showing, xcountry, sledging, skating etc

Thanks, we could do I guess but what I had seen before was more like an organised holiday with all the activities included.
