Which is easier to get to Europapark or Phantasialand?

Would love to go to either of these parks, it would just me and my 18yr DD, both theme park lovers.
However having been a single parent for many years, I haven't travelled abroad much, so it can be daunting navigating trains, airports etc.
So I just need the least stressful way when it's just the 2 of us very unexperienced travelers and safety is obviously top of my mind.

From what I can gather I think Phantasialand would likely be the easiest? Flight to cologne airport and then probably a taxi to Bruhl?
I think for Europapark the airport is alot further away.

For airports I can get to Heathrow, Stansted, Birmingham all pretty easily

Any advice would be appreciated

If you stay in Strasbourg (which is fabulous in itself), there is a regular bus from there to Europa Park in the summer. Strasbourg has an airport (SXB) but I've no idea who is currently flying there - look on Skyscanner maybe. The nearest major low-cost airports are Karlsruhe-Baden (FKB, quite a big destination for Ryanair) and Basel-Mulhouse (BSL, EasyJet).
