got back from 3 week holiday in phoenix, usa (8 hours behind uk) on saturday night with dd (2) and dd (7 months).
sleeping has been awful since we got back - both slept a good bit on the plane on the way home as it was a night flight. when will things go back to normal!?
ds was up last night from 11.30 to 2.45am
soooooo tired and holiday seems a lifetime ago.

anyone had any experience like this?

thanks in advance.

IME takes a day for each hour of time diff when you're travlling from West to east. So about a week I guess.

I everything betternow?

My children had it for a week when we traveled to UsA but I'm from Vietnam so a huge 12 hour difference.

yes, it takes a day for each hour difference.

get them to have as much outdoor time as possible, as only direct sunlight readjusts the biological clock.

Flying East with kiddies is a B*tch....
