Hi , where would you go for the Christmas duration where it’s around 23c+ .
Two adults and a 19 year old , would like somewhere where my 19 year old wouldn’t be bored . 5 hours max flight from london

I was going to say southern US or Mexico but that's quite far. We had a lovely Christmas pre DCs in Mexico.

This is hard with the temp and the fact it can only be a 5 hour or less flight. Especially as you’re worried kids will get bored.

all I can think of is maybe Canary Islands, Cape Verde, or Cyprus.

I’d probably do Canary Islands for all the water parks etc for kids and teens.

I’ve spent a few recent Christmases there, but these days I go in early December but fly home on Christmas Eve - in a mostly empty aircraft and there are mostly fantastic deals then.

I’ve stopped staying for the actual Christmas now as the price ramps up ridiculously for what is essentially just one special meal, also finding the resorts fill up spectacularly and loudly and the noise levels became intolerable (in my case).

Cape Verde, another hour’s flying time might be warmer.

Edit to say the days are noticeably shorter that time of year - warms up at 10 a.m. - getting cool again by 4.
