Volt O2 Travel Inclusive

I have this bolt on which is active and I’m trying to work out whether I will be charged for data etc when using my phone in Canada on holiday.
Two different O2 reps have given different info. One says I will be charged £7 per day the other says not.
Has anyone used this in Canada/Us?

@Maggiethecat are you with both virgin media and O2 and so have the 'travel inclusive zone'? If so you have Canada included.

Hi @House4DS - I am! And presumed that I was covered but one rep told me the other rep was wrong and that the bolt on only entitled me to a lower tariff for usage abroad!
I pointed out to him that that’s not what their website suggests.
Their customer service is rubbish!

@Maggiethecat maybe screenshot their website for evidence just in case, but I'm sure you're fine.

Just got off phone with third rep and he’s confirmed what you say. Otherwise, we would have ended up with hundreds of pounds of charges for all of us.
Second rep was a bad egg - was trying to upsell me!
