Roses with teenagers

looking to go to the Costa Brava post GCSE for a few days with two 16 year old girls. Does anyone have any suggestions/experience of Roses or Palamos or similar and whether there would be enough for them to do as well as enjoy it myself?

We have been to both. There’s plenty to do in Roses. Nice long seafront with crazy golf, pedalo hire, safe swimming, nice cafes and restaurants. The town is nice too, with touristy shops that teens will like. There are good walks just out of town too, up into the hills where there are ancient stone monuments and good views and scenery. There’s also a fort in town to visit.

Palamos is nice too, but Roses is nicer.

I prefer Begur and all the little coves and towns round there but for two teens Roses probably works.

Palermo's is quite boring really

Begur is lovely, yes, but all those hills!!! Roses is much more practical.

Thanks all, we’ve booked flights and a few days in Roses in a place near the beach at the start of July. Looking forward to it 😊

I've been told the water park near Roses is fantastic. Have fun!
