Going to book Center parcs. Haven’t been since my eldest was a toddler.

Any advice on which site is most suitable for their age group in terms of pool / activities? We are about an hour from Sherwood & 2.5hrs from Whinfell.

Simile ages
and I wouldn’t go, not with the 14 year old
You are paying over the odds for a lot of very young child focussed activities
and the rest overpriced
get an air BnB by the coast or peak district and do activities like biking etc

We've been to both and although I preferred Winfell for the bigger range if restaurants and sports area all the boys preferred Sherwood saying the pool is far better!

Well we live fairly close to both the Peak District & the coast so can do that anytime. It’s what we fancy doing this year for a change - yes it’s more expensive than an air bnb but it’s doable. It may be the first & last time we go but we’ll take a chance.

Out of interest… what coast? Only because I’d never thought of being “close” to both the Peak District and the coast where you could
make a holiday of it

have you been to CP before?

@Itdidnttakelong we live in Lincolnshire. So close to the coast & within an hour’s drive of the peak district too.

Last went to cp when DS was a pre-schooler so a good 10 years ago.
We have booked Sherwood
