Morocco for a week - Marrakesh or Agadir?

2 adults looking for a holiday in a high hotel. Which place would you recommend and why ? Thanks

Both? Admittedly we went with a toddler, 3 days in Marrakesh was enough to see a lot Being hassled and hussled was bothersome and tiring.

Marrakesh, then essaouira or Fez. All great places for an interesting break. I had no hassle in any of those places. Sunglasses and a ‘lo shukran’ help. Not Agadir, far nicer places to have a beach holiday if that’s what you are looking for.

agadir is your typical beach holiday, same brand of hotels all clumped together.

marrakech if you want interesting and lots to do, lots of boutique riads.

I like this idea of two places but struggling to find any for October half term.

Agadir. I love it but really didn't like Marrakesh. Plus Marrakesh airport is terrible.
