We are going to Italy for 5 days. Flying to Milan, staying in Sirmione, going on a day trip to Venice - final day in Milan seeing sights / shopping as it’s a 7pm flight back.
I wasn’t going to but then realised I’m absolutely exhausted and no guarantee of a break this summer.
It was pretty cheap too - we’ve spent around 1.5k for bed and breakfast in 3* hotel with a pool and flights for 4 of us. I only booked it last week.

Where did you book it?

Use Skyscanner AI app to put in dates and see where it suggests for low cost flights. We got flights to Agadir for 5 for less than £400. We picked up a car, have driven south and are staying in a surf town for 4 nights. Having a fab time. Temperatures great. People lovely. And price of accommodation, drinks, food are delightful.

If you want a package type resort in the sun then Tui, jet2 and Thomas cook all do open destination searches if you put your dates and local airports in for departure.

Direct! Flights on skyscanner .
I had started out looking at packages online - but they were not letting me specify the room we needed so I booked flights and rang the hotel.

Eurocamp have still got spaces - at a bargain too!! The only issue may be ferries but if your flexible it makes a great last minute holiday!!

Jet2 last minute holidays

How about a last minute cruise? P&O have some Norway cruises in half term sailing from this weekend still available. We went last year with DDs and it was absolutely amazing. Food included in the price, just drinks to be paid on top. We sailed from Southampton and saw the fjords and would go back in a heartbeat.

Flights from Bournemouth on Sunday with Jet2 holidays Holidays | Jet2holidays
Their london airports are Luton or Stansted which are less ideal from the south coast.
