We have 5 nights in Kotor and 1 in Podgorica in early June. We plan to do the cable car, our lady of the rocks, climb to the fortress, day trip to Budva , what else is a just. We’ve been to Dubrovnik, Split, Mostar so don’t intend on leaving the country. Thanks

It's worth spending a day in the Old Town and having lunch/dinner in the bay - it's really beautiful. Lovely hiking from there too.

I was generally 'meh' about Montenegro, but that was mainly because I like actual beaches (preferred Croatia) and fewer honking great cruise ships spoiling the view (expected it to be more unspoilt). I don't think you're missing any must-do's though. It also rained a lot so take waterproofs!

Not fussed about beaches so that’s not an issue. Maybe something adventure based such as zip lining old white water rafting
