Should I go alone?😔

Hi.
my husband is working away and we are not in a good place. Im 28 and my friends are all busy with their husbands or jobs. I have a 2.5 year old. I feel like im in a rut and need a holiday. I really want to go to Cannes in the South of France. Is it sad if I go just me and my daughter? 😔 Would it be silly? Enjoyable? Lonely? I just need to get away.

OP - it might be better to carve out a lovely staycation whilst he’s away and think carefully about your next step

Hmmm I wouldn't say that it will be very relaxing with a 2.5 year old by yourself, but as long as you don't have visions of drinks on the terrace then go for it. I go on holiday alone with my 3yo and 1yo regularly as my partner struggles to get sensible leave.
