We’ve been twice, first time was in 2022 a 2 bed apt self catering, second time was in 2023 a 3 bed apt half board. Both apartments were good, no bugs, pretty clean - I think going with jet2 you get cleaning and towels every other day. Around the pool areas was a bit grubby, but we did see people trying to keep things clean.
It’s not luxury, it’s not classy, felt a bit rough round the edges but it’s functional and felt good value for the price we paid (out of school holidays).
I would go b&b, the evening half board was like a rugby scrum! And there are quite a few restaurants in the area to try and lots do take away. It wasn’t advertised but for a small extra fee you could have dinner at Seth 55 (5-8 minutes walk away) which was a really lovely hotel, only double rooms tho, no apartments.
All staff are really friendly when the kids were shattered and fell asleep by 7pm the restaurant allowed me and my husband to relay dinner, which was nice.
