Holiday park on the Belgian coast?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a center parcs/holiday park type place in Belgium? I've heard good general things but can't find specific recommendations. I'm normally very good at this sort of thing, but it is very different to previous holidays I've planned.

I'm looking for the following:
Sleeps three (two adults, one small child), happy for it to be one bedroom, but would like a separate sitting area.
Accessible by public transport - we'll get the train over
No camping! Static caravans/chalets fine
Cooking facilities
Walking/short public transport trip to a beach
Playground close by if possible!

Any suggestions gratefully received. Happy to hear about France and the Netherlands too - we are just very fond of Belgium.

Knusse vakantiehuisjes in Blankenberge | Parador Beachside - playground on site, easy walk to the beach and Blankenberge centre is around 2km away (accessible via public transport). The website is in dutch but if you pop the URL into google translate it translates it all over for you :) Google Translate

That looks perfect, but sadly they are full up for the time we want (school summer holidays - still a bit of a new concept for us)! Definitely adding it to the list for next year, thank you.

We went to Center Parcs De Haan last year, and loved it. Our kids are older so we went exploring outside the parc (Oostende, Brugge, Ypres etc). But De Haan itself is pretty, and the parc had all the stuff you'd expect.

CP at De Haan as mentioned by previous poster. De Haan is one of the prettier towns on the coast. The beaches are amazing but at lot of the coast is quite built up. Also have a look at roompot.com. We stayed at the Water Village near the big Roompot resort in Zeeland. Right by the beach. Zeeland is lovely. Seal watching boat trips, pretty villages, go - ape type place and Neeltje Jans Deltapark. Great seafood.

Ah just saw your public transport comment. Zeeland would be hard without a car. Duinrell on the other hand is dobable by public transport and walking distance to the beach. https://www.duinrell.com/

https://www.roompot.com/destinations/belgium/west-flanders/breeduyn-village/ This place is nice - though it snowed when we went so no beach action :)

https://www.sunparks.com/be-vl/belgie/fp_OD_vakantiepark-oostduinkerke-aan-zee/alle-activiteiten Stayed here for the weekend, but years ago now. Was fine as I recall. Nieuwport not as pretty as De Haan.

Duinrell Holland - Holiday park and amusement park

Enjoy fun and relaxation for the whole family! Holiday Park, Amusement Park and Waterpark. Perfectly located near the beach and popular cities.
