Holidays with baby clubs / creche

Can anyone recommend hotels they have been to which is good for families, and also has a baby club or crèche. Children will be 1 and 3. Looking to go September / October time. Ideally looking for Canary Islands or similar, somewhere hot but no longer than 4 hours on flight. Thank you.

Marbella Corfu

When mine were that age we took advantage of non school holidays and went with Mark Warner, fab baby setup with day and evening nursery, kitchen available and great hotel.

Neilson or Mark Warner are great for an actual holiday with little ones.

Thirding Mark Warner - you get free childcare (half days) and they also do film club in the evenings which gives you a chance to be an Adult rather than battling bed time. Drop them off awake (if old enough) and pick them up asleep.

And the childcare staff are 5*.
