do not book with Galaxy holidays , i booked a holiday to egypt for the 16th January this year so 30th January when I arrived in Egypt, I’ve got to the hotel and got told. There was no room booked for me after waiting for five hours the manager of ^^ the hotel found a room. for a price of 70 $ a night and told me to get in touch with me at my holiday company the following day which I did galaxy informed me you can’t book me until 19 January even so I paid for the 16th and told me to pay the difference of the three days and on my arrival home, I will get a full refund after many emails and phone calls. I’ve never received a call back and not even a refund of three days or Upgrade this company went bankrupt a few years ago, so be careful everyone
