compound style holiday for big family

want to go away/spent time with extended family (20, ages 8-85) for a special birthday.
ideally compund style, i.e. 5 or so cabins or caravans close together.
looked at kon tiki st tropez but the travel would be too much.

is there something similar mid france or belgium or netherlands?

Gruppenurlaub - BIRKHOLMHOF - Natururlaub in Bayern might suit? it's apartments rather than individual caravans but everyone would still have their own space, as well as use of the common areas. It's in Bavaria, Germany
