Adults Only Luxury Resort but not AI?

I'm looking for a weeks holiday for me and DH and want something more high end but we don't want AI so need somewhere that has access to a town/city with a variety of restaurants. Breakfast included would be good too. Somewhere in Europe ideally as I don't want to fly too far. We have stayed in Red Level of Gran Palicio Isadora in Tenerife which we liked as a hotel but I didn't love Tenerife itself - so something similar in a different place but adults only and not AI. Hopefully not impossible to find!

Any ideas? Thanks.

Hotel Villa Edera e La Torretta - in Moneglia, Italy. 10 mins walk from lots of restaurants and cafes, you can get breakfast at the hotel, and dinner too if you fancy. It has a pool and you're near the beach.

You can stay on a B&B basis or half board, you would need a car but then you can visit lots of different towns and villages, great restaurants near by and the hotel itself is incredible. Highly recommended.
