Getting desperate now, we just cannot get inspired.

Key constraints:

August
Children - 1yo DS, 9yo DSS, 12 yo DSD
DSS and DSD do not get on so cannot share a room
There needs to be plenty to keep them entertained - happy kids = relaxed parents

Cost isn't particularly a contraint (within reason)

Florida would be good aside from the weather and jetlag with a 1 year old. It is a bit pricey too.

Centerparcs - I just can't bring myself to spend sooooo much money on it

Camping is possible, but where would we go? Did Cornwall 3 years ago, Brittany 2 years ago.

I've been looking at villas in Italy but I'm worried the kids will get bored.

Any suggestions? Please?

www.portofelice.it as it looks so fab for the kids. We're flying into venice and you can get a taxi from the airport for around 90 euros - or get the bus/hire a car. More than enough to keep them entertained and you can get a 3 bedroom chalet/mobile Ds and DSS could share 1 room. We've booked with Camping lIfe and it was under £1000 for 4 in August for 2 weeks - all kids are free!
