If you just want to relax and maybe do the odd excursion look at Tui Blue holidays - all inclusive and adults only.

We stayed at the Royal Marmin in Crete last year
adults only
food divine
pool or beach club
2 nice nearby towns if you wanted to go out in the days or evenings
