Where would you go if you had 6/7 weeks?

My husband is taking a 6/7 week sabbatical over summer. We have 2 girls who will at the time be aged 6.5 and 2.5

Where would you go?!

Canada coast to coast.

I'd stay with Europe too, maybe northern Europe to avoid it being too hot, also definitely include the Netherlands (bike hire plus kids seat with bike paths everywhere) and Efteling theme park which is magical for that age group.
