Cheap accomodation in Brussels this summer?

Does anyone have an affordable hostel/B&B lodging recommendation in Brussels close to the Gare du Midi? Ideally up to 80 euros per night for a hotel..recommendations on Airbnb also welcomed.

In general, nothing is cheap in Brussels.
To find the least expensive, just go on booking.com or Trivago. Airbnb won't be very useful in a city centre location.

Hôtel Siru - best to avoid staying near Midi station generally.

The Ibis at Midi is OK and about the cheapest option that I would stay in personally (I live in Brussels). Otherwise have a look at Hostelworld - though I don't think you'd get a private room for 80 either. For how many people?

Cams here to recommend Ibis too, it's in a really good location, a close walk from the train station and really nice for a 'basic' hotel.

Really wouldn’t stay at Gare du Midi. MotelOne near Parc can be reasonable.
