Adults only not megabucks hotel in Europe

Totally open to ideas! Greece, Portugal, Croatia... Maybe Spain. Any recommendations? Just want a relaxing break somewhere hot and sunny for a week in June. Don't mind board basis. I like nice gardens/scenery within a walk of the beach. Doesn't need to be ON the beach.

The Flamingo Paradise hotel in protaras is gorgeous and adult only. It’s right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and bars. Protaras is definitely a holiday resort but it’s easy enough to hire a car and see the rest of Cyprus if you want, if not it’s perfect for a week of doing nothing but relaxing.
