Not sure where the best place to post for this is. Anyway, DD has three weeks in August when she’d like to do some organised volunteering abroad. Any recommendations on where to start looking? We’ve found International Volunteer HQ but anything else?
thanks.

My DD did Workaway when she was 18, 19 and 21 years old. However, now have left the EU, your DD might need a visa to do any volunteering in Europe. DD did au-pairing, grape harvesting and helping in a school all in Europe. She also had a volunteering opportunity lined up with an NGO in Thailand but had to have an emergency operation 3 days before flying out, so could not go.

My DS volunteered with No Name Kitchen and Collective Aid. Bosnia, Italy and Serbia but lots of other placements. Both charities work with refugees

Thanks all. DD has both a UK and German passport so should be fine in terms of visa requirements. Will look into these with her - brilliant suggestions.
