Travel insurance question- annual renewal

ASongbirdAndAnOldHat · 12/04/2025 09:36

I've not had this issue before, can anyone help.

Insurance runs out 31st May, annual on rolling renewal .

Full payment needs to be made on 15th May, for a holiday on 2nd June.

Will I be covered by the insurance?

I would expect so as long as you renew it without a break. If I were you I’d double triple check it’s definitely going to auto renew.

Yes as long as new insurance year starts as old one finishes and there’s no break in cover.
Just be aware that even with a rolling policy like this you must tell them if anything has changed health wise in the past year, anyone been prescribed medication etc to make sure you’re covered

Thanks, it's with LV and they are really good at sending out the information reminding you to update any changes that happened over the year (and they don't require you to update in year which is really good)

Just I hadn't ever had the holidays over the change over. I will ring this time to make sure it does renew.

Thanks , was just sorting parking and suddenly thought about the travel insurance.
