Wyoming holiday advice

Hello! We’re looking to go to Wyoming for 2 weeks next May, wanting a packed 2 weeks of nature/wildlife/walking/rodeos etc.
Can anyone recommend the best way of doing this/anyone done a similar trip?
Is flying London - Denver our best option?
has anyone done a similar trip and recommend somewhere to base your self for getting to the likes of yellow stone and Grand Teton? Thank you!

Not totally sure, but for hiking and rafting, fly into Jackson Hole.

Don’t stay in central Denver, we did for a few days last summer and we’ve never seen such an aggressive and large homeless community. We live in Chicago so aren’t shrinking violets. There were fights, altercations with drivers, several people with bleeding wounds.
Denver has become shorthand in our family for a chaotic shithole. (The actual urban landscape itself is pleasant)

The main rodeos in Wyoming are in July, although you might be able to catch the smaller weekly Jackson Hole rodeo which usually starts at the end of May.

Ugh rodeos. I know it’s cultural but the animal welfare is horrible at these events. I’ve been to one and never again.
