Want to go away after xmas, wheres warm ish nut affordable with 2 kids?

Canaries is warm but Xmas time is very popular for that reason so costly. . If you wanted to wait until after new year it would be more affordable.

We were in Lanzarote before Xmas and Fuerteventura at the end of January and although it was quite warm we had bouts of bad weather in both place, the worst we've had, so it's not as guaranteed as it used to be.

We have been down to Cornwall and it was tropical and sunny! Also off to Portugal later in April so more guarenteed warmth, the flights to Faro are pretty good
