Desperately need some help. My son was due to fly to Thailand today, he travelled from Birmingham on a Flix bus to Heathrow- daft nugget has dropped his passport on the bus!
he’s missed his flight . But Flix bus have no U.K. customer service on U.K.- their AI chat has said 14 days for a lost property search. I’ve been trying to help and found that the bus is go to Hillingdon Bus Station-
it’s a loooond shot but are they any MNetters that know an way to speak to someone there?
or anyone who’s got experience of thinking company who can advise on where lost property goes???
🤯 I feel so sorry for him- he’s going to see his wife for the first time in over 3 years - Covid, visa problems etc
