Ryanair - Duty Free Bags

We are flying this week with Ryanair. Have ordered click and collect at Boots. Do we need to be able to fit this into our hand luggage (only 1 small bag each) or does this count as 1 bag of duty free that we can take onboard?

Yes, you’ll need to ensure it fits in your carry-on bag. Sure, you might get lucky on the day, depending on the staff, but usually they’re pretty strict.

This is not true. Passengers are permitted onboard with a duty free bag. If you’re worried about it being a boots bag or a box, buy a water in duty free and a larger carrier bag.
