Beach holiday 5 days in August

Does anyone have recommendations for accommodation for a 5 night stay in August? Somewhere near a beach and not too far from the airport. Other than that could be a hotel/airbnb/eurocamp.

There's loads of options out there but just interested in hearing if anyone has recommendations.

2 adults 2 children. Budget 2k max.

I think you'll really struggle on that budget for 5 nights and it's hard to advise without knowing the age of your kids and which airport(s) you can fly out of. Is the £2k just for flights and accommodation or all food, transfers etc as well? For only 5 nights I'd stick to spain and majorca / menorca or your flight times will take up half the holiday. You'd be best to do a search on the main tour operators (Jet2, TUI, Thomas Cook, easyjey holidays) and see what you can find that fits your departure date, location and budget. Or have a look at flights from your local airport and if there's some affordable, see if you can find separate accommodation.

Sorry if I wasn't clear, I am only looking for accommodation recommendations so the 2k budget is for accommodation only. I agree that spain or Spanish islands would be best but there are so many options to choose from, which is why I was wondering if anyone had personal recommendations.

Location is flexible and dates are flexible so if someone had a good accommodation recommendation, we could work with it.
