Need help Marbella all inclusive and kids club for 2 year old

In a panic, and need some solutions/alternatives,

We booked club med in Marbella for all the family - was expensive for us and I wanted to be all inclusive and have a club for my granddaughter (2 years) maybe to use some of the time, We wanted an active holiday and especially the the padel tennis option, I was really looking forward to it!

Club med have just rang and we can only stay for 5 days ( club booked out on the last two days),

We have or course booked flights and these are non refundable! ( don’t think we have insurance _ idiots I know)

So can mumsnet find me something as nice or nicer with similar criteria ( kids club would be great) and all inclusive?
Needs to me 17th September for a week. And near accessible from Malaga.

tryihg to find a solution before I tell the family!
thanks

Ikos fits the bill perfectly but is pricey.

I don’t think you can send kids to kids clubs before 4/5 years old mostly? Just saying so you don’t get a shock when you get there

Some resorts have kids clubs from age 2. I used them when mine were younger.

Am considering this as an option, ( maybe not ikos but will have a look). Just bit mad to be moving during the holiday, but is probably the better option,

i have been looking at other hotels and some seem ok but don’t have all the facilities that I wanted, but if anyone has any recommendations would be welcome.

i am obviously q bit nervous as well the club med will just cancel our booking again.

Think we are ok. Been talking to club med and they have offered to pay some of the losses for the new flights. So think that is very fair of Club Med, and we are not really out of pocket now.

They actually covered the total cost!

Club Med has "Baby Club" from 4–23 months and "Petit Club" for 2–3 years. Then Mini Club starts at 4 years. Not every village has every option, though.
