Watersports/Tennis/Golf resort October half term Cyprus/Turkey/Crete??

Can anyone recommend a great hotel for family with teen/tween where we can do watersports in October half term? I'm thinking Cyprus or Turkey, or maybe Crete so the weather is good. Decent pool for actual swimming plus we'd ideally like some padel, and golf would be a bonus.
The watersports could include good snorkelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, but kids would probably like to try windsurfing or dinghy sailing as well.
We're partial to some ancient ruins/historical sites and a nice town to wander around in the evening which is why I though Cyprus and Crete, plus we've never been to either of these.
I've looked at the Neilsen website, and this is an option but I wondered if there's anything else out there which I've never heard of and others would recommend?

Activities | Columbia Beach Resort Pissouri, Cyprus sounds like it has everything you're looking for- I think easyjet do a package holiday that includes the hotel and flights which might work out cheaper. You're walking distance to the lovely town of Pissouri, and a 30 min trip to Paphos.

Cornelia Diamond golf resort in Turkey would meet your requirements. We didn’t use the tennis facilities but there were several courts. Some of the pools were heated and our dc enjoyed the waterslides! It’s right on the beach and not very far from Antalya airport.
