Around Christmas I booked a cottage in Bigbury on Sea, Devon, with an independent owner for early July. She finds now, much later, that she has double booked. She has found another cottage but its smaller and would be a squeeze and I can't see any pictures and I particularly wanted something done up nicely!
She is obviously sorry and will refund but how do I salvage the holiday we've looked forward to?
