Trip to Copenhagen - 3 chn in Feb

I’m trying to figure out how to do a trip to Copenhagen from a weds to a Sunday. I can see loads we’d like in the city but I’d really like to do the Lego House in Billund. But to do it would take a big chunk of time off.
has anyone done Copenhagen with chn and fitted billund in? Or is there similar Lego type stuff on Copenhagen? (We love Lego) or is it not worth the hassle of the travel?

Not Lego but Experimentarium in Copenhagen is one of the best science museums around and my kids would happily spend a whole day there at any age from 2 to 15.

if you really want Lego house ( which is fabulous), can you fly to billund and have a full day there, then travel to Copenhagen in the evening.

Can you book fly into Copenhagen and home from Bilund? Pricing on easyJet/ryanair normally is reasonable to buy them as singles.

It'll be cold in Feb!

Check opening times in winter!

Also why February- that is 11 months way. Flights to Copenhagen are often very cheap- lots of people do as a day trip. So are flights to Billund normally.

I would do Billund as a separate trip and Copenhagen over a weekend and just pop over in the spring.

Billund is quite far from Copenhagen so would be intense for a day trip. There’s an amazing aquarium in Copenhagen out at Kastrup near the airport.

Flying to and from Billund has just got far less reasonable, as Ryanair have ceased all flights into Billund, leaving just BA from Heathrow or Norwegian from Gatwick.

February is the only time looking affordable for us - thanks for the advice. I think billund is unrealistic if we’ve only 4 days.
