Booked this on a whim, one week in aparthotel with pool and gym.

Any advice on fun things to do with teenagers? 15 and 16 years old. Into the gym - tick, hiking, science and history.

Any advice in general?

St. Paul's bay is more quiet but it is close to Bugibba bus station with links all over the island! Go to Valetta (capital) and it's particularly beautiful at night! Mdina (silent city) is beautiful! Also St Paul's catacombs! You can also take a day trip to nearby Comino (a tiny island) and it's known for its blue lagoon, great for swimming.

When I was 16 I used to like going to the feasts. They have them in every town on different dates (check if there are any when you are there. There would also be beer/live music festivals which are family friendly. But then again it was always 16 for drinking and clubbing when I was younger and I used to push to do that lol.

Have a great time!! Have always loved Malta.

Another vote here for Mdina. It’s amazing. We travelled there and back on the local bus which was great fun. We came back on the last bus of the day and my DD dubbed it “the night bus” as the journey was rather like the Harry Potter scene. 🤣
