I'v just booked our holiday car hire and was pleased with the price/insurance. However I've been sent an email saying that when you arrive at the airport you should get the Sixt shuttle bus to collect your car. I'm a bit dubious about how complicated this will be in comparison to collecting a car from one of the other car rental conters at the airport. Do you have any experience of this?
