Recommendations for All Inclusive Villa holiday for family

Looking for holiday recommendations for an All Inclusive, Villa style holiday (do these exist?)

Somewhere sunny

May half term or Summer holidays

(I don't want a standard villa as I don’t want to be cooking, cleaning etc)

Children are 7,8,12 + adults

Any suggestions. Please? (Budget is low- £4000)
