Does anyone have any recommendations please?
The last 2 holiday I've been on I've been eaten alive but I hate the sprays and also take hand luggage only so if I can save space that's a bonus.
I was eaten alive in Malaga last September and I'm going back there in May so want to be prepared!
Thank you 😊

Jungle Formula do a 50 ml roll on. I usually just go to the local chemist when I get to my destination and get whatever they recommend. I also have a Beuer bite zapper which I would highly recommend although you need to be able to tolerate the heat plate for a few seconds.

Indeed use the roll on that Jungle Formula manufacture.

Ah roll on! Why didn't I think of that. Although they would still be classed as a liquid. Could try and get some in Boots after security. I'll look into the zapper as I've never felt an itch like the ones in Malaga. I had to go the pharmacy for cream and she said they were really bad in Malaga. Actually I could probably just get the repellent once I'm there couldn't I!!

I second the jungle formula max strength roll on. I get eaten by everything! Forgot to put it on the first night in Majorca last year and got a load of bites I needed to go and get antihistamines and cream for. But I usually use it and no bites at all.

i took mine in my hand luggage. They’re under 100ml so no issues.

We have an Autan wind up stick, like a stick deodorant - I prefer it to the roll ons as you don’t have to wait for it to dry.

I discovered last year that germolene is amazing for itchy bites.
