Turkey for an Easter holiday?

How warm do you like it?

Bodrum for example is currently 20⁰-25⁰ so will be a degree or two warmer by mid April.

You'll need a heated pool. Might be rainy too in April.

It's not great at easter, although easter is later April this year, so maybe? I did go the first week of May and it was very nice mostly. A day of rain. Pools were cold but my son was okay in it. I didn't get in much.
However I also went mid June and had a night of rain and thunder, plus 2 further half days of rain and thunder! Maybe I'm just unlucky? Both times we were in Kusadasi.
