Split, Croatia - accommodation ideas please!

We've booked flights to go to Split in Croatia this October for my 40th - DH, me and teenage DD. We'd like luxury apartment accommodation ideally next to a nice hotel where we can use the facilities, have breakfast etc. Located in quiet place but with easy access to the old town and things to see. Any ideas please? Thank you 🙏

We stayed here last summer - split level apartment with a gorgeous roof terrace overlooking the old city. We went out to cafes for breakfast.
The bedrooms are on separate floors, each with own bathroom which was great with the DC. We booked through booking.com.
