Is Canada expensive?

We really fancy it this summer. In days gone by would have gone to the US but can't this year for obvs reasons. With two tweens, looking for a bit of an adventure.

What I found was the flights were much more expensive compared to the US, I've always found it easy to get quite cheap flights to the US (we actually ended up flying to the US and driving to Canada). Might have just been when we were looking.

But the exchange rate was much more favourable in Canada so found it much cheaper eating out vs the US. Hotels were similarly priced, if not a little cheaper.

This was East coast.

We went couple of years ago and it's one the best places we have been to.

Try Canadian affair for flights and car rental.
How long are you planning to go for. We went to Alberta - direct flight to Calgary and also flew to Vancouver island - perfect for 2 to 2.5 weeks.
You children will love it, people are friendly, safe and lot of adventure sports and hiking.

I do not work for them but had a really good service from them and was slightly cheaper compared to booking car rentals on our own.
