Basically as per the title. Maybe is depends on which one? I'm most tempted by the one in Sardinia but not sure it will be warm enough end of October so also looking at a couple in Greece.

Anyone been to Neilson?

Your title sounds like Neilson is a place, but do you mean Neilson holidays? They have multiple destinations and hundreds of hotels? Each will have their own food options which would also change if HB/FB etc. Check on tripadvisor if you are looking at specific hotels.

If you could explain your question clearer, we might be able to help.

Hi @Darkclothes I believe they only have 8 hotels, and they only do 'Club board'. If you read my op you will see I mention that it might be different in the (8) different hotels and I am particularly interested in the (1) hotel in Sardinia.

I have been on Neilson holidays, but not the Club ones. You didn't include that info in your OP, hence the confusion if you meant a different company to Neilson holidays.

As I suggested, look up the specific hotel/s on tripadvisor. You can filter reviews by adding key words such as 'food' 'catering' etc. I'm not sure if this is the hotel you are looking at, but this was 1 review on there:

Really poor damp smelly accommodation, not what you expect from Neilson. The food supplied very poor with a limited selection. We have done Neilson holidays for 20 years and shocked at standard of food and accommodation we would definitely not recommend.
