I know this is cheeky, but if i don't ask i never know.

Hit me with suggestions
3 bedroom
2 bathroom
Outside space or amazing setting ie balcony
A wow property

Any week of summer school holidays.
Anywhere in mainland Britain.
I'd like a waterfront type setting in an area with excellent eating out options. Things to do and see for pre teens.

Max budget 2.5k. A bit over from something amazing . Prices have gone up so much, but Scotland looks cheaper.

Lovely little cottages 5 min outside Whitby or 10/15 min walk over the viaduct and through woodlands. Pool on site and nice and quiet.
Whitby has lots of restaurants, beach, Abbey, arcades so a nice mix of cobbled streets/ history with some more fun things for the evening. Boat rides etc
Robin Hoods bay is a 10 min drive or Scarborough has a great water park 30 min away. Lots of different areas. You'd probably get a cottage for 1200 for a week.

We stayed here in Church Stretton in Shropshire (so not waterfront I’m afraid, but this means you get more for your money and we found plenty to do in the area). It’s £2k for a week in August.

Oh wow. Both look lovely

I'd like to visit Yorkshire as have family there I hardly ever see.

Church Stretton I know quite well as have been a few times and we are not that far away. So probably not for us this time, but I love the architecture of the house.
