Can anyone recommend a place for a once in a lifetime holiday destination/Paradise for 2 adults & a 16 year old ? I'm looking for something that is relaxing but also has things to do if we want 🤔

Maldives is beautiful but not enough to do for a teenager. Mexico, Costa Rica or Thailand.

We stayed at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi and it felt like paradise! You would be close to Yas Island which has theme parks etc and trips into Abu Dhabi or Dubai are easy.

Costa Rica if the teen appreciates wildlife; also multiple zip wire type activity. And phenomenal free wifi everywhere.

Barbados

Budget? Likes? Dislikes?

Paradise is subjective! The Maldives are perfect if teen is up for a week of learning to dive for example but not much else to do. Sri Lanka has lots more diversity, can still dive but also surf, history, go to different restaurants, travel about etc.

Give Bali a miss, apparently it's now ruined by Australian package holidays. The Philippines however look amazing and unspoiled, Senegal is another place that isn't really on the tourist map yet but looks amazing
