2 free flights in Europe, hit me with your best ideas!

Have 2 x free European flights to book with Aer Lingus....where would you choose? We love France/Spain but have travelled extensively in both.
Been recently to Germany/Austria/Scandinavia.
Where would you suggest for 2 adults?

Lisbon? Lovely city

Can you give us an idea if what you like for a holiday (beach, city, history etc), and accommodation budgets (basic, luxury, all inclusive etc) as that will make some destinations fit better than others
Also not sure where Aer Lingus flies to and from (or where you are based)

Love exploring cities, architecture, food, open to hot or cold climates, ie a Christmas market somewhere would be nice but so would sunshine. Not interested in stag/hen destinations
