SC in Rhodes but a bit snazzy?

Hello, looking for some place in Rhodes for a nice holiday for our 25th anniversary. Do not want a hotel, prefer SC, either an apt or a villa, preferably a villa but i dont know Rhodes at all. Anyone reccommend a place, either the broad scope of a resort/town, or an actual villa etc?
Open to all suggestions if any available? thanks.

Have a look at Exclusively Lindos, they have some lovely properties and I’ve found them very helpful and responsive.

If I was flying into Rhodes I would hop on the ferry to Symi and stay there. It's a beautiful little island with quiet beaches accessed by water taxis. It has a grown up feel to it.

I'd stay there for 5 nights and then do my remaining 2 in Rhodes Town, although I haven't stayed there it looked lovely.
