Best business class airline to Malaysia

Hopefully flying to Singapore with work later in the year, and am lucky enough to go business. Which airline should I try and opt for given this is a first? Any particular route/plane also?

I always fly direct long haul. Malaysian airlines has a good reputation. If Singapore airlines does the route, it's quite good too.

It's over 12 hours flight. That's why I meant it's best to do it all in one go with a direct flight.

Malaysian airlines works, I’m up north so will probably fly to London and then do a direct then, rather than through Dubai or similar.
