Can you suggest ideas for a trip for 13 (7 adults, 6 children aged 4-10 i.e. 3 siblings with their families and our mum) over New Year 2026 (my mum's birthday is 31st December). In an ideal scenario the place has organised activities, in nature, food etc. Happy to go anywhere in Europe or surroundings (We will be 1 family UK, 2 Scandinavia and 1 Sicily).
Some of us are just back from Iloranta iloranta.fi/en/holidays in Finland, where we had a stay over half term. There were loads of activities (e.g. can borrow sledges, go on the frozen lake, woodworking activities, curling etc.) and it was full board. We don't necessarily need skiing (none of us really ski), but potential activities would be a must.
Any suggestions welcomed. We were thinking Germany, but really any recommendations would be great. Our main focus is being together, celebrating our mum's birthday and having the children together.
